Lu’Ami

Singer/songwriter Lu’Ami brings a Jazzy, Soulful sound to the Brighton music scene, incorporating a unique style using her vocalized loops, she creates enchanting electronic and percussive sounds with catchy pop melodies.

Able to silence a room with rich soulful tones, she has often been compared to artists such as Erykah Badu, Lianne La Havas and Bjork.

Lu’Ami has been gigging around Brighton for the past 3 years, headlining popular local venues including The Haunt and Komedia, as well as Festivals such as The Great Escape, 2000trees, and Fete de la Musique, Berlin. She also performed her song “Precious Love” live on BBC 4, followed by a tour supporting Arthur Smith and his show “Arthur Smith At Your Service.”

Lu’Ami is currently working towards releasing a full length E.P incorporating her innovative sound primarily using the loop station.
